Bah Samba featuring Liv Liv Lykke - Moonlight (Remixes)

"Moonlight" is taken from Bah Samba's highly acclaimed "Shake the Dog" album released last year and features seductive vocals by Liv Lykke. On remix duty we have DJ Spinna who is pulling out all the stops on his ingenious interpretation laced with sublime keys and chords, adding his beloved 'Galactic Soul' touch to the song. Next we have two equally fantastic mixes Italy's Souldynamic who contribute a deeper than deep truly mesmerizing workout and a warm melodious four-to-the-floor stomper. Also included is an ethereal reprise by Julian Bendall guaranteed to send shivers down your spine.

Back in October 2008, Tone Control Music presented the amazing "Passin' thru" by Poussez (Jafar and Maxime Cescau) and Demarkus Lewis which features sensual vocals by songstress Hannah Khemoh, now this wicked track returns with a phenomenal selection remixes taking this wonderful song to new heights. First up we have Sean McCabe delivering an instant classic, adding his signature soulful touch loaded with grand keys and organs. Next up is Demarkus Lewis with his infectious yet soulful string-led rendition, while finally AtJazz contributes a celestial deep jazzed-up dub oozing with admirable melodies.

Monodeluxe featuring Jaidene Veda - Change"

The Sophisticado vinyl series is here, with the first release being Vick Lavender's singular remixes of "Change" by Monodeluxe, a wonderful production featuring sultry vocals courtesy of Jaidene Veda. Not much needs to be said about this release besides this is another choice production (more precisely remix) oozing with the vintage sound Vick Lavender is famous for, featuring stellar keys by Vijay Tellis-Nayak (don't miss to check out the 'Organ Mix' on the flip side and you know what we're talking about) and an arrangement that speak for themself - soulful house music made for eternity. Much more to come in the future... For all the digital heads out there, you can expect downloads at your favorite online store in a couple of months.

Dawn Tallman - U turn

Diva Down Entertainment follow-up their debut release "I got my pride" by SuSu Bobien (released in January of last year) with "U turn", a phenomenal song which features lyrics inspired by a sermon, written by DewBJoyful Productions aka Dewey Andrew Cioffi and BJ Nelson and performed by legendary house music diva Dawn Tallman who impresses with her inimitable deeply felt rendition of the lyrics. The mixes are courtesy of Davidson Ospina whose sublime deep version is spell binding yet smooth and soulful, Josh Milan who contributes an utterly soulful interpretation, and finally Menakeys who serves a fiery rework featuring distinguished keys. In simple terms: a musical gem that is timeless and essential.

Hubert Street present the inaugural release on their brand new Hubert Street Music label titled "I hear you now", a superb follow-up to their debut "I remember" released in October 2011 through KingStreet Records on the "New Breed of Soulful House EP". Produced by Doug Gomez and featuring the unmistakable voice of Bradley White-Dale, "I hear you now" is a deep truly soulful production built around smooth percussive rhythms leading the way for Bradley White-Dale's deeply felt vocals and grand jazzy keys. The 'Classic Mix' is a fantastic alternate version giving the song a sublime old school feel. The package gets completed by progressive mixes courtesy of Jerome Farley & Del Pino Bros.

CyberJamz Records kick the new year off with a phenomenal vocal release by Cei Bei (Curt Harmon) and Aphreme (Martin Mamzer) titled "Where did our love go". This fantastic production by Aphreme combines the unmistakable heartfelt vocals by Cei Bei with lush keys and deep infectious rhythms, with the result being a mind-blowing piece of soulful house music guaranteed to send shivers down your spine. The remixes are courtesy of Azee and Joey Kay, both keeping the vibe deep and soulful while adding their enticing distinctive touch to the song, making it near to impossible to pick a favorite version as all of them are outstanding. In other words: soulful vocal house music at its best.

Sandman and Riverside team up with Kymberli Wright (lead vocalist of Detroit jazz band Straight Ahead) on "It's too late", a wonderful production taking you on a truly unique excursion with its ingenious fusion of deep house with broken beat sounds, featuring the inimitable vocals of Kymberli Wright and illustrious keys over thrilling percussive rhythms. Black Motion featuring Xoli - Set me free

When Black Motion's "Set me free" was released in South Africa early 2011, it quickly became a favorite with lovers of soulful house music and climbed to the top of the South African charts, now for the first time this wonderful song which features deeply felt vocals by Xoli gets a global release, complete with fresh remixes. Jihad Muhammad contributes a silky smooth version featuring luscious keys over thrilling rhythms, while Ezel delivers a gorgeous melodious interpretation built around a bouncin' funk drenched backdrop. Next we have Master Kev & Tony Loreto turning the heat up on their peak time remix laced with grand synths. Also included are the original version and the deep ethereal Black Motion remixes which were released through Kalawa Jazmee Records in autumn of 2011.

Blaze presents Underground Dance Artist United for Life featuring Ultra Nate - A wonderful place (Sean McCabe Remix)

Back in 2004, Blaze presented Underground Dance Artist United for Life with their album "Keep hope alive", a charity project that helped "Lifebeat" in its fight against AIDS, featuring illustrious artists such as Kenny Bobien, Barbara Tucker, Ultra Nate, Arnold Jarvis, Byron Stingily, Joi Cardwell, Dawn Tallmann... The album was followed by consecutive single releases, one being the marvelous "A wonderful place" featuring legendary house music diva Ultra Nate on vocals. Now this timeless gem returns in fresh mixes by man of the moment Sean McCabe who takes the song to the next level adding his distinctive soulful touch, with delightful keys accompanying Ultra Nate's incomparable vocals. Also included are the 2006 remixes by Fanatix and Tomoaki Inoue. Not to be missed.
