Critically acclaimed Soul Quest Records open a new chapter with "Re:Quest Volume 1", the first installment in their brand new remix series dedicated to revisiting, reimagining and breathing fresh life into music from the label's celebrated back catalogue. First up is the fantastic Kai Alce vocal mix of "Simple love" by Slxm Sol laced with the incredible vocals of Laville and BB James and sublime trumped that oozes with a timeless and elegant atmospheric jazz infused vibe. Next up, Last Nubian transforms "Really love" by Sean Green that features silky-smooth vocals by Will Heard into a deep spiritual afro-tinged affair enriched with grand piano. Following is Wez Whynt who adds his magical touch to KingCrowney & Zoe Kypri's "Coat on" to deliver a glamorous soulful rework Putting Zoe Kypri's amazing vocals center stage. Finally, Max Sinal's "Healing" featuring the inimitable emotive vocals of Liv East gets a landmark bruk treatment by Sean Green.
