Durban native Brentano is back on TR Records with his third release, the truly glamorous "Praises go up" a collaboration with South African singer KDaVine. "Praises go up" is truly inspirational and soulful, with KDaVine's amazing haunting vocal stylings being accompanied by exquisite keys, dreamy chords and smooth yet intriguing rhythms. The classy remixes courtesy of New Jersey producer Tony Vee give the song a truly vibrant yet soulful old school inspired four-the-floor feel.

Qwestlife featuring Teni Tinks "Hit it off" (Glitterbox Recordings Promo)
Late last year, Glitterbox Recordings released "Hit it off" by Qwestlife (a creative partnership between Tom Laroye and Yam Who?) on 7" vinyl, a glorious contemporary disco re-imagination of a song originally written by soul artist Benny Lattimore and made famous by Millie Jackson in 1979. This wonderful remake oozing with the unmistakable voice of Teni Tinks, classy horns, celestial strings, melodious keys and a groovey musical backing is getting a proper 12" vinyl and digital release featuring the extended version alongside remixes by Australian selector Late Nite Tuff Guy who delivers both a silky smooth club version and a fervid funked-up rework.
