In 1971, Aretha Franklin released a cover version of Ben E. King's all-time classic "Spanish Harlem" which now has been given a four-to-the-floor makeover by DJ Punch & DJ Curt who call their re-imagination "Baby Powder goes to Harlem". Two versions are included in the package, both staying true and respectful to Aretha Franklin's 1971 interpretation. You can choose between the laidback yet vibrant afro-percussive 'Afro-Conga Mix' and the deeper underground-esque 'Baby Powder Mix', both are sure-fire dance floor weapons...

Remember "Love shy" by Kristine Blond from 1997 (remixed by Tuff Jam and Todd Edwards)? SunDown eXp have done a cover version of this classic, with the vocals re-sung by Melanie Cripps. Courtesy of Carl Price comes this truly wicked remix which gives the song a mind-boggling contemporary deep garage feel, with the catchy keys and chords together with the bouncin' rhythms and Melanie Cripps sultry vocals spreading a mesmerizing vibe.

From Nathan G & Frank H Carter III comes "Depend on you", a truly delectable slice of soul infused late night house combining Frank H Carter's elegant baritone vocals with glorious keys and deeply stormin' rhythms. Alvaro Gonzalez gives you "Got things straight", a deep'n'moody track perfect for late night play laced with freaky synth melodies and altered vocals. The relight here comes in the form of the wicked acid tinged dub by Toronto Hustle oozing with a delectable old school flavored feel... (Punctured Recordings CD Promo). "Piano madness" by Sweden's J.Axel is a marvelous organic jazz infused deep house track guaranteed to make you yearn for more. DJ/producer Greg Funk presents "12 chairs", an utterly infectious jazz/funk infused jackin' house track guaranteed to jam-pack the floor thanks to the ruthless energetic funked-up rhythms and uplifting jazzy piano (Uno Mas Recordings CD Promo).
