In early 2007, afrobeat DJ/producer Jephte Guillaume (of Tet Kale Orchestra) teamed up with AK (former member of Abstract Truth) for the delicious "Shining your way", a mellow production that is beautifully instrumented and arranged, with AK providing a sweet yet sexy vocal performance. Then in 2011, we got fantastic remixes by DJ Spen who added his signature pumpin' yet soulful sound, with the result being a compelling peak time favorite. Fast forward to 2018, and we have Japan based DJ/producer Masaki Morii taking the song to a whole new level on his unique sounding verily soulful and melodic organic interpretation. Also included are the original version from 2007 and the DJ Spen remixes from 2011.
