Andrea Curato featuring Morris Revy "Don't wake me up" (Merecumbe Recordings Prom)

Italian DJ/producer Andrea Curato and vocalist Morris Revy are back with another blazin' hot collaboration entitled "Don't wake me up". To make a long story short, "Don't wake me up" which oozes with the amazing sultry vocals of Morris Revy, lush keys, celestial chord progressions and smooth yet irresistibly bouncin' afro influenced rhythms is top-notch soulful house music.

Tapes & Realm of House "Ba houla" (Arawakan Records Promo)

We welcome Arawakan Records to Spirit of House with "Ba houla" by Tapes (Tumelo David Ranyali) and Realm of House (Victor Hernandez), to cut right to the chase this is an utterly tantalizing afro house production using intriguing tribal-esque rhythms as foundation for phat keys, inebriant dreamy chords and the incredible truly unique vocals of Donald Boucal. Without doubt, "Ba houla" will send the dancers into a frenzy...

Therd Suspect featuring Venessa Jackson "Hey now" (Remixes)(Pasqua Records Promo)

The soulful verily groovey and melodious "Hey now" by Therd Suspect which features the beautiful enticing vocals of Venessa Jackson was released back in September, now Pasqua Records present a superb truly eclectic selection of remixes from the likes of Andrea Curato, Saint Evo, George Lesley and DJ Two4 all adding their signature soulful/afro touch, making it next to impossible to pick a favorite version...

Stewart, Andy Edit & Dana Weaver "It's up to me" (Remixed)(Wiggly Worm Records Promo)

Earlier this year (in April to be precise), we were celebrating "It's up to me" by Craig Stewart and Andy Edit, an expertly crafted uber soulful and truly uplifting old school influenced gem featuring the incomparable  vocals of Dana Weaver. Now the promised remixes have arrived, with Diego Auguanno dropping a lively boogietastic rework, The Gruv Manics Project (Molefi Choabi) and DJ SGZ (Gugulethu Mokwebo) contributing brilliant soulful interpretations, and from Fabrizio La Marca and Kenno (Kenneth Vielsted) come the mixes destined to take over the big room.
