Italy's Soulmates (the trio of Gigi Frassanito, Andrea Erre and Criss Hawk) have been on a roll in recent weeks, certainly they continue to grace us with their latest offering "We got it better" a feel-good summery production featuring the amazing sultry vocals of Morris Revy, joyful melodies and a spell binding organic backing. The 'Club Mix' is a splendiferous alteration transforming the track into a peak time dance floor weapon, and last but not least Jon Fernandez who gives the track an enticing feel on his dreamy late night rendition.
John Sivris "Roll Jordan" (Double Cheese Records CD Promo)
Greek DJ/producer John Sivris makes his debut on Double Cheese Records with "Roll Jordan", a classic gospel song given an ingenious four-to-the-floor makeover, with the unmistakable vocals being combined with a classy saxophone, spacy synths and resistless afro-tribal rhythms. "Calma apparente" by Kai Djuric is a fantastic slice of jazz house produced by Luca Lala which features the incomparable trumpet wizardry of Kaj Djuric alongside entrancing synths by Davide 'Enphy' Cuccu and a contaminous musical backing (2elle Records CD Promo). Walter G joins forces with jazz musician Giovani Guerretti for "See the sea", a beautiful sun drenched mediterranean jazz house cut. The remix by The Scientists of Sound stays true to the original yet turns up the heat for some serious dance floor heat (Double Cheese Records CD Promo).
From Groove Delivers (aka Nenad Radenkovic) comes "Sunset boulevard", a truly fabulous slice of sun drenched bliss oozing with dreamy synth melodies and gentle rhythms. The remix by Mark Di Meo & Julie B introduces a magical guitar solo by Rino Menna which gives the song a wonderful mediterranean feel (Soulstice Music CD Promo).
